Dear Mr. Dunn, I steadfastly and without reservation strongly request that you refrain from any action toward subdividing any portion of the Common Lands (as described in the License Agreement attached to our deed). I further strongly urge you to refrain from selling any potentially subdivided areas or buildings from our Common Lands to any individual or company from whom you might receive an offer. We also expect that you will continue to abide by the Restrictive Covenants and not grant any waivers for any commercial operations to take place, either on our Common Lands, or on any current, or future lots that may be created. We would accept exceptions for certain small home-operated businesses, which will not impact neighbours and their privacy, when considered on a case by case basis. We hope you will work with our community members to address any such requests should they be forthcoming. Our community MUST remain a residential community and the Common Lands we expected to have access to, and enjoyment of, MUST remain perpetually untouched and intact. We understood when we purchased our lot here that this was the original intent of the creation of our License Agreement. We expect that vision and our legal rights to be upheld. Thank you for respecting our rights in this matter of utmost importance to residents and owners of property in Abbecombec Ocean Village.

Please use the name that appeared first on your registration or it will not go through.
